Description
Adanson’s Monstera or Monstera Adansonii is a tropical perennial belonging to the Araceae family found across Central and South America. Its large heart-shaped leaves develop oval perforations as the plant ages, giving it the name of the Swiss cheese plant (also used for Monstera Deliciosa). Its vining habit, fast-paced growth and fresh looks make it a beautiful addition to any garden. Don’t worry if you do not want it to grow that big - it maintains a manageable size when grown in a container indoors.

Our plants are shipped in biodegradable planters made of Molded Pulp. You can choose from one of our handcrafted ceramic planters or reuse an old planter in your home.
Care Instructions
Bright Indirect sunlight
Morning sun can do it well (max 2-3 hours) but avoid the direct harsh light
Does well indoors as well as in the shady outdoor patches
Grows best in peat-based potting mix
Keep the soil moist, not soaked
Water when the soil feels dry on touch
Keep pouring till the water runs out of the container holes
Mist the plant regularly as it thrives well in humidity
Regular pruning helps maintain the plant size
